An assistant that remembers your business
Base learns as your business runs. It keeps facts from customer chats, assistant chats, bookings and documents, and you can see and correct every one.
How learning works
- Learning is always on, for every brand.
- Facts from a person's own assistant chats are kept for that person only.
- Learning uses a little AI credit, with a daily limit per brand. When the limit is reached, it waits and carries on later.

Remove a memory
Nothing is deleted. A removed memory moves to Past, with the reason.
Forget me
Anyone can ask the assistant to forget everything it learned about them. This cannot be undone.
Bots keep notes too
Say "remember that..." in a bot's chat and approve the card. The note belongs to that bot and shows in Memory with the bot's name. Bots read their own notes first, then your brand's memory.
Who can see it
- Any team member can open AI memory. Customers cannot.
- The list of documents the assistant has read shows only to people with the Memory permission.
