Base is the business hub from Exodus. Your customers, bookings, catalog and payments sit in one place, and four apps run on top: Chat, Desk, Knowledge and Social. Ask Base, the built-in assistant, works across all of them.
What is Chat?
Chat puts WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE and web chat in one team inbox. AI replies, routes and follows up, and hands over to a person when needed.
What is Knowledge?
Knowledge answers questions from your company’s own documents, and only shows each person what they are allowed to see.
What is Desk?
Desk handles customer service and calls. AI answers the routine requests and passes the hard ones to your team with the full story.
What is Social?
Social helps you make and schedule posts, pictures and video for your brand. Nothing goes out without your OK.
How do the Exodus products work together?
All four apps run on Base, so they share the same customers, bookings, catalog and payments. Ask Base works across all of them. You can start with one app and add others later.
What is the difference between Chat and Desk?
Chat is your team inbox for messaging apps and web chat. Desk is for customer service and calls. Both pass hard cases to a person, and both work from the same customer records in Base.
Does Exodus Markets build custom AI solutions?
Yes, where the redesigned workflow needs it. In the Build / Integrate stage of the A.C.T. Programme, Exodus Markets configures Base and its Chat, Desk, Knowledge or Social apps, or builds custom components, and integrates them with approved systems.

Engagements start with a conversation and scoping. We gather requirements, review the workflows and systems involved, agree scope and success measures, and then deliver in phases — usually through the A.C.T. Programme stages.
How do you communicate during a project?
Each project has a dedicated channel for day-to-day communication and a shared project-management workspace where progress, technical details and timelines are visible. Meetings run on the video platform that suits the client.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing depends on the scope, complexity and timeline of the engagement. After initial scoping we provide a proposal with clear commercial terms.
Do you still offer branding, web development and digital marketing?
Yes — as part of wider transformation work. These capabilities help make AI systems usable, adopted and on-brand.
