Get started with Base

Set up in this order

1. Sign up

   Create your account. If you have a voucher code, add it on the sign-up page.

2. Fill in your brand

   Name, logo, currency, time zone, languages and tone of voice.

3. Add a branch

   Name it and set its working hours.

4. Add your services

   Price and duration, and who gives each one.

5. Add your team

   Invite people by email or set a username, give each a role, and tick Bookable as staff.

6. Connect a channel

   Pair WhatsApp, add a Telegram bot, register LINE, or set up web chat.

7. Create an agent

   Brief it, teach it from your documents, and let it reply.

Why this order

Branches come first. Services and staff work at a branch, and a booking joins a client, a service, a person and a time. Bookings stay blocked until a service exists, and the inbox stays empty until a channel is connected.
