Plans and credit
Is there a free plan?
New accounts start on a free period. Each email or Google account gets one. When it ends, pick a plan to keep going.
Which plans are there?
Starter for one person running one place, Pro for a small team sharing the inbox (adds Teams), and Enterprise for many branches with your own domain and sign-in.
How does billing work?
Plans renew monthly, and you can stop renewal any time in Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
What is AI credit?
AI calls use credit after your plan's included usage runs out. Credit is in US dollars and does not expire. You can set a monthly spend limit.
Is there a launch offer?
Yes. Subscribe now and we add USD 10 in credits to your account.

Which AI model does Base use?
Auto model picks a suitable model for each message, so there is no model to choose.
Will the AI do things without asking?
Changes that need your yes show a card first. Payments, refunds, deletes, billing and access changes never run on their own.
Can I stop the AI in a chat?
Yes. Press Take over in the conversation. Press Hand back to AI when you are done.

Which chat channels connect?
WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE and web chat, in one inbox in Chat.
Is there a phone app?
Add Chat to your home screen from Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android. It opens full screen and sends notifications.
Can I use my own domain?
Custom domains come with the Enterprise plan.
