AI agents that answer your customers

Create an agent in Base, teach it about your business, and let it reply on your chat channels. Your team can take over any chat at any time.

What an agent does

Replies on your channels

An agent answers customers who write to you on WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE or your website chat.

Answers from your documents

Give it your price list, opening hours or policies. It answers from them once Use knowledge is on.

Takes bookings

With Take bookings on, it looks up your branches and services, books a slot with bookable staff, and lists the customer's own bookings.

Asks you first

An agent can hold a request for your approval. You approve or reject it, and the customer is told straight away.

Hands over

Press Take over and the AI stops replying to that customer on every channel. Press Hand back to AI when you are done.

Works in teams

Put several agents together in a team so they answer customers as one, per branch.

Set one up in four steps

  1. Create it

Open AI Agents and press + Agent. Give it the name customers will see.

  2. Brief it

Write its system prompt in plain words, then choose whether it may take bookings and orders.

  3. Teach it

Add documents under Knowledge, with clear titles like Opening hours or Price list, and switch on Use knowledge.

  4. Put it to work

In Chat, pick where it answers, such as a web chat room, and turn on Auto reply with a fallback message.
