Who can see our customer conversations?
Only the team members whose role gives them access. You decide the roles.
Can AI reply to customers on its own?
Only where you allow it. Hard or sensitive cases go to a person, with the full history.
Do you sell personal data?
No.
Which data protection law do you follow?
We handle personal data in line with applicable data protection law, including Singapore's PDPA.
Can someone ask the AI to forget them?
Yes. In Base, anyone can ask the assistant to forget everything it learned about them. This cannot be undone.
How do I report a security issue?
Email [email protected] with "Security report" in the subject.
