What is the Exodus A.C.T. Programme?
A.C.T. is how we help you find your first AI wins. We look at how your team works, pick one workflow, redesign it, build it and measure the result. It runs in seven stages, with people making the decisions at every step.

When the redesigned workflow calls for it, Base and its apps (Chat, Desk, Knowledge and Social), or custom components integrated with approved systems.
How is success measured?
Measures are agreed in the Assess stage, before anything is built, and tracked against a baseline.
