Our story
From building brands to building intelligent operations.
Where we started
Exodus started as a digital agency, creating websites, campaigns and brands. Based out of Singapore and Dubai, the team worked with companies across Asia and the Middle East.
Brands we have worked with
Our client work goes back to 2013. Over the years it has included global names such as Canon, McDonald's, IHG, Marriott, Ritz-Carlton and The Body Shop, and regional leaders such as Gojek, Midtrans, GoTo, BNI, J.CO and Boga Group.
What changed
That work put the team inside clients' operations: their customer journeys, their marketing and the systems behind their brands. More and more, the most valuable problems were not about how a business looked, but how it worked: manual handovers, repeated questions and knowledge nobody could find.
Exodus built an AI research and deployment practice, then an AI education practice that helped teams put AI tools to work in real workflows. Those practices became the company as it is today.
Today
Exodus Markets Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore AI and technology company, led by Founder & CEO Kezy Chong. It runs the Exodus A.C.T. Programme and provides Base, its business hub, with the Chat, Desk, Knowledge and Social apps.
