Kezy Chong is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Exodus Markets Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based AI and technology company focused on enterprise AI, intelligent automation, business transformation and AI-powered operating systems.

As CEO, Kezy leads the company’s strategy, its products — Base and its Chat, Desk, Knowledge and Social apps — and the Exodus A.C.T. Programme, through which Exodus helps SMEs and enterprises identify and implement practical AI opportunities.

Kezy founded Exodus Markets as a digital agency serving brands across Asia and the Middle East, and has led its evolution into an AI and technology company. The company’s work today reflects the principle behind every Exodus engagement: the value of AI comes from redesigning how work flows through an organisation, with people accountable for the decisions that matter.
