Email from your own mailbox
Base sends client email, such as booking reminders, from your own address once you connect your mailbox.
Connect your mailbox
Open Client email
In Settings, under Operations.
Pick your provider
Gmail, Outlook, Zoho and Yahoo are filled in. Pick Another provider to enter an SMTP server and port.
Sign in
Enter the sign-in name, password and From address. For Gmail and Outlook, use an app password.
Test
Saving sends a test email to you first.
Email to your team
A bot with the Send an email to staff tool can email people on your team, with a subject, a message and a PDF it made. It sends from your brand's mailbox and never to customers, and it shows a card first.
